31 December 2007 - HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. announces, as required by Law 3556/2007 (Article 9 §5), and in order to facilitate investors in the calculation and determination of the acquisition thresholds or shareholders or owners of voting rights in the disposal of significant stakes, that the share capital of the company amounts to euros 88,106,953.75, divided into 70,485,563 common registered shares, with a par value of one euros 1.25 each.
