On December 13th 2007, the company Access Maritime S.A.informed our Board of Directors that sold 18,481,487 common registered voting shares of the company's share capital. After the abovementioned transaction its stake decreased from 26.05% to 0.0%.
According to our company's shareholders files the company Sea Star Capital plc participates in Minoan Lines' share capital with 26.71% and holds 18,942,487 common registered voting shares.
