In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 Proton announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of Annual Shareholders' Meeting decision of November 24th, 2006 and the Board of Directors' decision of May 8th, 2007. (1) On November 22nd, 2007 a total of 17,500 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9.712 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 169,961.92. (2) On November 23rd, 2007 a total of 15,700 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9.948 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 156,176.93. The abovementioned 33,200 own shares, of total value Euro 326,138.85 were purchased through Proton Bank S.A. at an average purchase price of Euro 9.823 per share.
