The company "DIAGNOSTIC & THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA S.A." announces that the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission approved the Prospectus for the Share Capital Increase of "HYGEIA S.A." with contribution of "MITERA PRIVATE GENERAL MATERNITY-GYNAECOLOGICAL & PAEDIATRICS CLINIC S.A." and the swap with HYGEIA S.A. shares.
This procedure is part of the agreement for the unification of HYGEIA with MITERA in order to set the base for the implementation of the management's strategic plan for the strengthen of the Group's activities both within and outside Greece, with the goal of creating the largest group of integrated Healthcare services in the region of S.E Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
