Diagnostic & Therapeutic Center of Athens HYGEIA S.A. would like to inform the investment community that the inelastic legal framework did not allow the sign of the agreement for the management of "HENRY DUNANT" (ERRICOS DYNAN) Hospital.
As we have already announced the Company was in negotiations with 'HENRY DUNANT' (ERRICOS DYNAN) Hospital management in order to co-operate / assume the management of the Hospital. Our Company suggested a specialized mutually accepted company to contact a business plan that will include all the obligations of 'HENRY DUNANT' (ERRICOS DYNAN) Hospital to the Greek Public Sector and any third party, the exact terms of the cooperation, the responsibilities, the benefits and obligations of each party, etc. In contrast, "HENRY DUNANT" (ERRICOS DYNAN) management submitted a draft contract for the whole management of the Hospital without any concrete conditions that HYGEIA SA refused to sign, because, between other, HYGEIA SA determined that is impossible with the current legal framework to be assigned the management of "HENRY DUNANT" (ERRICOS DYNAN) Hospital to a vehicle of the private sector.
Also, we would like to decline explicitly that we are either under negotiations of any form or we are interested to assume the management of Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center or we are interested for the management for any other private clinic that had or has relations with the Greek Public Sector or IKA Social Security Organization that with photographical articles are coming again for exploitation to private legal entities.
