Lavipharm S.A. announces that, according to the relevant information received on 21/12/2007 by "T&A Holdings (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l.", the aforementioned shareholder's voting rights have reached 10,00% of Lavipharm SA's total voting rights, i.e. 5.109.829 shares, after the purchase of 14.000 Lavipharm common shares, on Wednesday, December 19, 2007. It is noted that "T&A Holdings (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l." is a company owned by Dr. Athanase Lavidas, Chairman & CEO of Lavipharm SA.
