ALUMINIUM OF GREECE INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL SA informs investors that on the basis of Resolution 7.8/443/6.9.2007 by the Securities and Exchange Commission Board of Directors it was decided: 1. Licence granting to the Company to proceed to the disposal of 9,496 tangible nominal shares, not submitted for dematerialization and to the disposal of shares deriving from company transactions and issued in intangible form in favour of tangible shares beneficiaries. 2. PIRAEUS CHRIMATISTIRIAKI FINANCE SA appointment, as being the competent member of Athens Exchange to carry out such shares disposal. 3. September 20th,2007 was fixed as shares disposal period starting date. Disposal shall be carried out pursuant to what is stipulated in Resolution 1/380/4.5.2006 by Securities and Exchange Commission Board of Directors and in accordance with Article 99Α of Athens Exchange Regulation. Each disposal period result shall be announced by the Company following the relative procedure; beneficiaries shall be informed through a letter on the disposal result, on the amount to be deposited in their account in the Deposits and Loan Fund and on the procedure and supporting documents required, in order to collect the amount in question.
