Announcement for the distribution of interim dividend for the financial year 2007.
INTRALOT announces that its Board of Directors meeting on October 31st, 2007, approved the distribution of an interim dividend regarding FY 2007 of euro 0.30 per share or euro 0.15 per share should the pending stock split (one new share for each existing one) take place before the distribution of the interim dividend.
The Company will make a further announcement following a Board decision in order to set the date of the beneficiaries of the interim dividend, the ex-dividend date, the payment date and the bank, which will distribute the dividend, according to the articles 292 (2c) and 279 of the Athens Exchange regulation.
