EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. announces, in accordance with article 9, par. 5 of l. 3556/2007, that following the completion of its share capital increases, through the distribution of free shares to employees, the reinvestment of the interim dividend for the year 2007 and the stock options exercise, the Bank's share capital now amounts to euro 1,443,600,504.5 and total voting rights of 524,945,638 result from an equal number of ordinary, registered shares of nominal value euro 2.75 each.
