The company "Eurobank Properties REIC" in accordance with the provisions of L.3340/2005 (article 10) and decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (ιστ), (ββ) και 21), and article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and following the report dated 28.08.2007 issued pursuant to article 289 of the Athens Exchange Regulation and article 8 of L.3016/2002, announces that the final contract for the acquisition of the nine (9) properties from the Bank EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. has been signed on 24/12/2007 for a total consideration of 51.6 million euro, and with al valuation of 54.4 million euro by the Greek Body of Sworn-In Valuers (SOE) as of August 1, 2007. The company has paid 2.6 euro as an advance and the remaining 49 million euro were paid from the funds raised by the share capital increase resolved by the decisions of the Extraordinary General Shareholders meetings dated 03.09.2007 and 15.10.2007.
