The company "DIAGNOSTIC & THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA S.A.", would like to inform the investment community that after the completion of the Share Capital Increase through contribution in kind, and specifically the contribution of 26,709,091 «ΜIΤΕRΑ S.A.? shares, from 682 MITERA Shareholders? and the issuance of 61,430,910 new common registered shares of nominal value of ? 0.41, the Share Capital of the company "HYGEIA S.A." is ? 51,508,673.10, divided into 125,630,910 voting common registered shares with nominal value of ? 0.41 each . The new common shares have been credited to Investors Shares and Securities Accounts kept in Dematerialized Securities System and commenced trading on the Athens Stock Exchange on the 17th of December 2007. Each share represents one voting right.
