Elmec Sport SA, after the end of the obligatory public offer that was submitted by our main shareholder the company Hellenic Duty Free Shops SA (HDFS), as this was approved by the decision taken on the 15th of November 2007 by the board of directors of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007 in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that we have received information from the following persons obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/05 for the following transactions:
A)Mr Lampropoulos Konstantinos-accepted the public offer and the terms of it and proceed to the disposal of 119.626 ordinary registered voting shares having a total value of 478.504,00 euros.
B)Mr Kopsidas Ioannis- accepted the public offer and the terms of it and proceed to the disposal of 126.470 ordinary registered voting shares having a total value of 505.880,00 euros.
C)Mr Koukoutsas Ilias accepted the public offer and the terms of it and proceed to the disposal of 7.630 ordinary registered voting shares having a total value of 30.520,00 euros.
D)Mr Solomon Mordehai, accepted the public offer and the terms of it and proceed to the disposal of 240.000 ordinary registered voting shares having a total value of 960.000,00 euros.
The said transactions were definitized on the 21.12.2007.
