The Board of Directors of the company Michaniki SA announces that on 21.09.2007 were completed the sales of own preferred shares according to the Board of Directors resolutions on 7.08.2007 and 31.08.2007. Specifically, 255.020 own preferred shares have been transferred trough the Athens Stock Exchange. The preferred shares have been obtained through the Athens Stock Exchange according to article 16 of Law 2190/1920, implementing the decision taken on the General Assembly of Shareholders on 18.07.2006. The average price sale of the abovementioned shares came up to 4.83 Euro per share, whereas the lowest sale price assigned to 4.50 Euro per share. It has to be mentioned that the average price of possession of the 255.020 own preferred shares that MICHANIKI obtained, is 3.08 Euro per share.
