The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr Antonios Agiostratitis of Miltiades, shareholder and "Other Manager" (according to a.13 of the L.3340), proceeded on 27/11/07 to the disposal of 500 (five hundred) common shares at the price of 13.50 euros (thirteen euros and fifty cents) of total value 6,750 euros (six thousand seven hundred and fifty euros) and on 28/11/07 to the disposal of 500 (five hundred) common shares at the price of 13.50 euros (thirteen euros and fifty cents) of total value 6,750 euros (six thousand seven hundred and fifty euros).
