Share Capital Increase at a total value of euro 28.131.786,80. Mr John Rigas notified the company that "Z. MAN (CYPRUS) LIMITED"(also a legal entity related to Mr John Rigas) acquired on 24.12.2004 12.797.277 common registered shares of "SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A." through its participation in "SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A." Share Capital Increase at a total value of euro 17.780.655,30.
