Lambrakis Press SA announces that, pursuant to resolution No. 7.12/443/6.9.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission and article 99A of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, on 20th September 2007, 5.521 common registered shares that either have not been presented for dematerialisation or derive from corporate actions and have been issued to the beneficiaries of tangible (paper-based) shares were sold on the Athens Stock Exchange at a total net amount of 14.956,07 euros (after transfer fees, commission and taxes). The amount will be deposited for all the beneficiaries in The Deposits and Loans Fund within seven days from the transaction day.
