The company ALAPIS S.A. announces the establishment of the company with the corporate name Veterin farmacevtska druzba, d.o.o. and the distinctive title VETERIN d.o.o., whose scope is the production and trade of pharmaceutical, chemical and organic products, ingredients of food and nutrition products in general.
The new company is headquartered in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The company's share capital amounts to 7.500 euro.
The only shareholder of the company is ALAPIS S.A.
