Schedule of planned corporate actions.
According to the article 292 (2c) of the Athens Exchange Regulation and related to the decision of BoD of our company at 31.10.2007 to distribute interim dividend for the financial year 2007, the Schedule of Planned Corporate Actions of INTRALOT, related to the decision of BoD at 15.11.2007, is shaped as follows:
Interim Dividend: fifteen cents (0.15 Euro) per share, after the increase of the Company?s share capital with a free distribution of new, at no cost, shares (split).
Beneficiaries of the interim dividend are the shareholders as of: 23/11/2007.
Ex-dividend date: 26/11/2007.
Start of interim dividend payment: 4/12/2007.
Note that the ex-dividend date is after 16.11.2007, the expiration date of FTSE/ASE20 Index Futures, in which the share of the company is included, and before 21.12.2007, the expiration date of stock futures.
