S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. PAPAEFSTRATIOU STRATIS sold on 19/12/2007, 3.700 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 44.890.99. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mr. Stratis Papaefstratiou, under his capacity as Real Estate Ent. Manager of S&B Industrial Minerals S.A.
