GENIKI Bank announces in accordance with article 9, par. 5 of L.3556/2007 that following its capital increase of Euro 210.196.580, according to the resolution of its Annual General Shareholders Meeting on June 28, 2007, the nominal value of its share capital now amounts to Euro 118.702.679,88 and total voting rights of 110.937.084 result from an equal number of ordinary, registered shares of a par value of Euro 1.07 each.
