The company "Electroniki Athinon S.A." announces that during the annual ordinary General Assembly of the shareholders dated December 4th 2007, it was decided to distribute a dividend of 0.21 EURO per share for the year of account from July 1st 2006 to June 30th 2007.
Entitled to this dividend are those company shareholders who were listed shareholders at the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE) session on Tuesday, December 11th, 2007.From Wednesday, December 12th 2007, the company shares will be traded on the ASE without being entitled to any dividends for the July 1st 2006 to June 30th 2007 year of accounts.
The payment of the 7-1-2006 to 6-30-2007 year of accounts dividend will be made by all EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS bank branches and will start from December 20th 2007 until December 20th 2008.
The payment of the dividend will be made by the bank EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. as follows:
1.Through account operators of the Dematerialized Security System (DSS) and according to the new distribution procedure, as this is defined by Art. 329 of the ASE Regulation and Art. 39 of the Central Security Depository Regulation.
2.From the branch network of the bank EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. for those who have required the exception of their Dematerialized Security System (DSS) operators.
3.If the dividend fails to be credited to a shareholder through one's account operator,for any reason, a shareholder can collect the dividend through the shop network of the bank EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A.
The collection of the dividend in cases 2 and 3 can be made by the shareholder himself by presenting his Identity Card. The collection by a third person is only allowed if the third person presents an authorisation.
