Replying to letter received today 18/10/2007 from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Elmec Sport SA announces that during the 3rd Quarter of 2007, we sold an ancillary real estate property in the municipality of Aspropirgos, Attica. The aforementioned property was used as a bonded warehouse for our exports to Bulgaria and Romania. After the admitance of the above countries in the European Union, it is no in use anymore. The above sale brought about 1.6 millions euro capital gains to our Group.
