Within the frame of article 2 par.2e of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the stipulations of existing legislation and pursuant to the stipulations of Law 3016/2002 on Corporate Governance, the company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A., informs the investment public that its Board of Directors during its session held on 14.12.2007 elected Mr. Marios Menexiadis in replacement of Ms. Eugenia Makrymichalou as Head of Internal Auditing Department.
