On 28.8.2007, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." acquired 46,881 shares of "VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES", corresponding to 0.064% of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 77.5213%. The acquisition price of the above shares ranged between 24.68 and 24.74 euros per share.
