Pursuant to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and the Circular 33 of the Capital Market Commission as well as the Athens Exchange Rules and Regulations, following a notification received by VIOHALCO SA on 06/12/2007, we were notified that as of 04/12/2007, its participation in the company's share capital and the voting rights has changed.
VIOHALCO SA, via its subsidiaries SIDENOR SA and ΕLMONTE HOLDINGS LTD, owns 97,679,856 voting rights or 78.67% of the company's outstanding voting rights, versus 102.079.856 voting rights (or 82.21%) that it owned according to its last notification.
Hence, ΕLMONTE HOLDINGS LTD owns 97,679,856 shares, or 78.67% of the company's outstanding share capital.
