Regarding a question from the ATHEX through its letter dated 06.09.2007/37754 and according to articles 281 & 285 of the ATHEX's Regulation, the Company replies that no such claim of 5.28 million euros exists on behalf of the Polish state owned organization Polski Monopol Loteryiny (PML), which is mentioned by a relative electronic press publication. Moreover, the Company reminds that in any case the revenues from the cooperation with PML represents only 1% of our revenues from Poland whereas the remaining 99% comes from our subsidiary Totolotek that is the major operator of fixed odds betting in the country.
