According to Law 3556/2007, BENRUBI S.A. announces that concerning shareholders holding 5% and more of shares and voting rights of BENRUBI S.A, the following information has been received, till 30/9/2007:
a) Aliki Benrubi, Managing Director of the company holds 2.053.276 common nominative shares with a percentage of 21,581% in the company's share capital including respective voting rights (direct).
b) Nora Benrubi, Non Executive Member of the company's board of directors holds 2.022.372 common nominative shares with a percentage of 21,256% in the company's share capital including respective voting rights (direct).
c) BENRUBI SA holds 500.000 common nominative shares with a percentage of 5,255% in the company's share capital without voting rights.
