On 23.8.2007, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." acquired 305,223 shares of "VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES", corresponding to 0.4164% of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 77.3051%. The acquisition price of the above shares came up to 24.76 euros per share.
