By its letter dated 10/9/2007, the shareholder of our corporation, SONAK S.A., informed us that on 6/9/2007 its sharing percentage of the total voting rights of EUROMEDICA S.A. was changed from 14.962% (5.671.601 voting rights) to 15.508% (5.878.475 voting rights) due to the acquisition of shares by our company.
