In its letter of 9.9.2007 addressed to the Capital Market Committee and the Issuer, "DUBAI GROUP LTD" advised that it has granted a power of attorney in favor of Andreas Vgenopoulos, Manolis Xanthakis and Christophe Vivien, authorizing them, at the 2nd Re-Iterative Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Issuer's Shareholders on 3.9.2007, to exercise severally and without each other's co-action 75,283,582 voting rights corresponding to 75,283,582 shares of the Issuer, i.e. 9.0704% on the entire share capital and voting rights of the Issuer.
