The company Forthnet SA announces, that according to the L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art.21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11), a legal entity associated with Mr Dimitrios Goulandris, a member of the Forthnet's Board of Directors, notified on August 27th, 2007 (art. 13, par. 1 of L. 3340/2005) the sale of 39,700 shares of a total value of euro 394,975, that took place on August 23rd 2007.
