The company according to the stipulations of article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and decision N. 3/347/2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on October 12, 2007, has been signed a preliminary agreement between SFAKIANAKIS S.A. and companies I.E. Kontellis S.A., Kontellis Emporiki S.A., EMIKO S.A. and MULTIPART S.A. for the acquisition of car retail activities (Ford, Volvo, Fiat, Alfa Romeo & Lancia) and spare parts sector (for the respective brands) of Kontellis Group, against total price euro 13,1 millions, where the stocks are not included. The final contract will be signed when the relative approvals of responsible authorities are in place and the completion of the legal and financial audit.
