On 9.11.2007, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." acquired 297,229 shares of "ATTICA HOLDINGS S.A.", corresponding to 0.285 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 54.68 %. The acquisition price of the above shares came up to 5.40 euros per share.
