Plaisio Computers S.A., in accordance to the Law 3556/2007 and to the decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Board of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs the investment community that the share capital of the company amounts to 7.065.600,00 euro, divided to 22.080.000 shares of a nominal value of 0,32 euro each. Every share gives to the holder one (1) voting right.
Furthermore, in compliance to the aforementioned law, the company discloses its major shareholders and the percentage of voting rights and share capital they possess. 1. The shareholder Mr. George Gerardos possesses directly 14.955.140 shares (67,73% of the company's share capital) There are no other shareholders representing over 5% of the share capital of the company.
