The company Hellenic Duty Free Shops SA (HDFS) has acquired an additional 3% (i.e. 1.711.883 ordinary registered voting shares). HDFS exceeded the 3% limit on the 12th of November.
After this transaction Hellenic Duty Free Shops SA owns 57.95% (i.e. 32.103.961 ordinary registered voting shares.
