Board of Directors, formed a new Auditing Committee, responsible for the supervision of the company's internal auditors, in accordance with the L3016/2002, constituted by the independent non executive members of the Board of Directors: 1) Alefantinos-Lais Alexandros and 2) Mantzouneas Elias.
