Piraeus Bank is, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3340/2005, a related legal entity with Mr. George Provopoulos son of Athanasios, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Real Estate Investments S.A. (Non Executive Member) and Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Piraeus Bank and Mr. Dimitrios Papadimitriou son of Dimosthenis, Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Real Estate Investments S.A. and Special Advisor of Director of Piraeus Bank.
