The company under the corporate name "PANTECHNIKI SA" , in accordance with article 27 par.3 of Law 3556/2007,as valid, announces that, on September 30th 2007, the main shareholders of the company informed the company in writing about the percentage of their voting rights and the share capital they hold in the company as follows:
1.Mr Sarantopoulos Constantinos, Ioannis, Vice President of BOD and CEO of the company, holds 10.200.495 common registered shares with voting rights (direct: 9.580.495, indirect: 0), representing 24.234% of the total share capital of the company.
2.Mr Giokaris Christos, Angelo, President of BOD and General Director ,holds 4.089.050 common registered shares with voting rights (direct: 4.089.050, indirect:0),representing 9,715% of the total share capital of the company.
3.Mr Giokaris Angelo, Christos, holds 4.084.502 common registered shares with voting rights (direct: 4.084.502, indirect: 0), representing 9,704% of the total share capital of the company.
