Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3556/2007)

MORGAN STANLEY informed the Company in writing on 28.12.2007 that on 21.12.2007 it sold common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX) that it owned. Following the abovementioned sale, MORGAN STANLEY owns indirectly 4.97% of the share capital of HELEX.
