In accordance with article 27, par. 3 of Greek Law Ν. 3556/2007, Bank of Cyprus announces that, on 28 September 2007 (last date for the submission of the relevant notification) it has been notified in writing by Bank of Cyprus Staff Pension Fund that the latter holds 27.465.521 Bank of Cyprus shares, which correspond to a shareholding of 5,07%.
