H1 2007 Consolidated Financial Results of Info-Quest Group under I.F.R.S are as follows:
Revenues reached euro 200 m vs. euro 184m in H1 06, an increase of 9%
Earnings before Interest, Taxes and Depreciation (E.B.I.T.D.A.) of euro 2.9 m vs. euro 3.8 m in H1 06
Earnings before Taxes (E.B.T.) of euro 2.2 m vs. euro 2.8 m
Losses after Taxes and minority interest of euro 7.3 m vs. profits of euro 1.5 m in Q1 06.
It should be noted that 2007 financial results include taxes euro 7.6 m of which amount euro 6.25 derived from the taxation of a special reserve (from the sale of Q-Telecom) and the remaining is tax assessments from the tax audit of the fiscal years from 2002 to 2006.
H1 2007 results for the parent company are:
Revenues of euro 135 m vs. euro 129 m in H1 06, a 6% increase
Earnings before Interest, Taxes and Depreciation (E.B.I.T.D.A.) of euro 0.4 m vs. euro 0.5 m. in H1 06
Earnings before Taxes (E.B.T.) of euro 2.0 mi vs. euro 1.6 m
Losses after Taxes of euro 5.8 m vs. profits of euro 1.1 m in Q1 06
ACS Courier
ACS S.A., the courier services company, continues to improve its financial performance.
H1 2007 sales reached euro 39.6 m vs euro 36.8 m an 8% increase - EBITDA reached euro 2.9 m vs. euro 2.3 m. Earnings before Taxes reached euro 2.5 m vs. euro 1.6 m and Earnings after Taxes reached euro 1.6 m vs euro 1.0 in H1 2006.
Unisystems
Info-Quest's stake in Unisystems' share capital reached 50.02% on May 2, 2007. Therefore, Unisystem's financial results for the period May 2 - June 30, 2007 are included to Info-Quest's H1 consolidated statements.
For H1 2007 UNISYSTEMS consolidated sales reached euro 22.6 m vs 21.1 m EBITDA reached euro 1.5 m vs euro 1.1 m, profits before taxes remained the same at euro 1.6 m while profits after taxes reached euro 1.0 same as in H1 2006.
