NIREUS SA announces that the sale of its confectionary unit was concluded on 27.12.2007 with the acquisition of its 100% subsidiary MARANT SA by the company Vanis - Roris Investments SA. The sale price amounts to 7.600.000 euros.
The confectionary unit is active in the market with the brand SARANTIS. Its spin off and contribution to MARANT SA has been approved by the General Assembly of 10.12.2007
