The company "ALAPIS S.A." announces in accordance with articles 3 & 21 of Law 3556/2007, that Mr Lavrentios Lavrentiadis , obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, informed the Company that on 9/11/2007 he proceeded to the sale of 32.099.052 registered shares of the Company, of total net value of Euro 77.679.705,84 .
