The company ALAPIS S.A. discloses according to article 14 law 3556, that after a relevant disclosure it received from Mr Lavrentios Lavrentiadis as of November 9th 2007, that on November 9th 2007 he proceeded to the sale of shares of the company ALAPIS S.A., and as a result, its total number of shares and voting rights decreased from 316.568.020 to 284.468.968 and his percentage on total voting rights of the above company changed from 32,28% to 29,01%.
