Attica Holdings S.A. announces in accordance to L. 3556/2007 and following respective information received from Marfin Investment Group Holdings S.A. that, on 3rd October 2007 the total percentage of participation of Marfin Investment Group Holdings S.A. in the share capital and voting rights of Attica Holdings S.A. has increased to 51.64%. This percentage includes a) percentage of 1.71% corresponding to 1,780,579 shares of Attica Holdings S.A. which are held directly by Marfin Investment Group Holdings S.A. and b) percentage of 49.93% corresponding to 52,015,746 shares of Attica Holdings S.A. which are held by its subsidiary MIG Shipping S.A..
