Attica Holdings S.A. (Issuer) announces in accordance to L. 3556/2007 and following respective information received from Marfin Investment Group Holdings S.A. (MIG) that, on 9th November 2007 the total percentage of participation of MIG in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer has increased from 51.64% to 54.68%. This percentage of participation includes a) percentage of 4.75% corresponding to 4,949,973 shares of the Issuer which are held directly by MIG and b) percentage of 49.93% corresponding to 52,015,746 shares of the Issuer which are held by MIG through its subsidiary, "MIG Shipping S.A.".
The day before the last transaction, MIG held in total, directly and indirectly, 56,668,490 shares corresponding to 54.40% of the Issuer's voting rights.
