Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd, further to its announcement dated August 2nd, 2007, announces that at today's meeting the Board of Directors has approved the Results of the Group for the period January - June 2007, which are attached hereto.
The Six Monthly Results will be published in the newspapers "Phileleftheros", "Politis", "Simerini", "Alithia" and "Haravgi" in Cyprus, as well in the newspapers "Kathimerini" and "Naftemboriki" in Greece and presented to analysts on Thursday 30 August, 2007.
The Results will also be available at the Shares & Debentures Department, Diomedous 10, 2nd Floor, 2024 Strovolos, Nicosia, at the website of the Group, www.laiki.com, as well at the websites of Cyprus Stock Exchange, www.cse.com.cy and Athens Exchange S.A., www.ase.gr.
