Answering to Athens Stock Exchange's question, MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP (MIG) announces that during today's trading session of ATHEX it will acquire through the Stock Exchange a total stake of 49.9% of the share capital of Attica Holdings SA at the price of Euro 5.50 per share from the Company's main shareholders. Following the conclusion of the transaction a relevant press release will be issued.
