KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A. according to law 3556/2007 (article 27, par.3) announces that on 28th of September 2007, the share holders holding more than 5% of shares and voting rights, informed kleemann for the percentage of their voting rights and share capital, according to law 3356/2007 (article 27, par.2) as follows:
1) The shareholder Mr. Nikolaos K. Koukountzos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KLEEMANN holds 2.043.779 nominal common shares with equal in number voting rights (direct: 2.043.779, indirect:0), which represent the 17,28% of the share capital of the Company.
2) The shareholder Mr. Konstantinos N. Koukountzos, General Manager - Member of BoDs of KLEEMANN holds 1.413.975 nominal common shares with equal in number voting rights (direct: 1.413.975, indirect:0), which represent the 11,96% of the share capital of the Company.
3) The shareholder Mr. Nikolaos N. Koukountzos, Commercial Manager of KLEEMANN holds 1.265.200 nominal common shares with equal in number voting rights (direct: 1.265.200, indirect:0), which represent the 10,70% of the share capital of the Company.
4) The shareholder Mr. Menelaos K. Koukountzos, Vice president & Managing Director of KLEEMANN holds 1.227.250 nominal common shares with equal in number voting rights (direct: 1.227.250, indirect:0), which represent the 10,38% of the share capital of the Company.
5) The shareholder Mrs. Aikaterini N. Koukountzou, Member of BoDs of subsidiary KLEFER S.A. holds 1.096.970 nominal common shares with equal in number voting rights (direct: 1.096.970, indirect:0), which represent the 9,28% of the share capital of the Company.
