Forthnet notifies, in accordance with Law 3556/2007 (art.14 par.3 and 10 (e) and the CMC decision under no 1/434/3.7.2007 (art. 5) in combination with art. 276 (vii) και 282 of the ASE Regulation that: a) Mr. Johannes Hendrikus Hubert de Mol individual subject to the notification obligation in accordance with art. 10(e) of the Law 3556/2007, notified to Forthnet on 4th October 2007 the indirect change in the control of the company under the name Cyrte Investments B.V. which wholly owns (100%) of the company Cyrte Investment GP I B.V. which is a shareholder of Forthnet with a percentage of 7.53% of voting rights in Forthnet. Thus, the percentage 7.53% of Cyrte Investments GP I B.V in Forthnet (corresponding to 2,902,454 shares and voting rights) does not change, only the control of its parent company Cyrte Investments B.V. Mr. Johannes Hendrikus Hubert de Mol holds approximately 90% of the depository receipts issued by the foundation under the name Stichting Administratie Kantoor Talpa Beheer (thereafter the "Foundation") and has the control of the Foundation. The Foundation has almost 100% of the company Talpa Beheer B.V., which holds 55% of the company Talpa Capital Holding B.V which held 75% of the company CYRTE INVESTMENT B.V. until presently. Specifically, the company Talpa Capital Holding B.V. sold on 27/9/2007 the 75% held until then in the company Cyrte Investment B.V. and thus it ceases to be an indirect holder of Forthnet shares. Due to such sale, Mr JHH de Mol ceases to be an indirect shareholder of Forthnet shares. b) The foundation Stichting Administratie Kantoor Talpa Beheer (the Foundation) person subject to the notification obligation in accordance with art. 10(e) of the Law 3556/2007, notified to Forthnet on 4th October 2007 the indirect change in the control of the company under the name Cyrte Investments B.V. which wholly holds (100%) of the company Cyrte Investment GP I B.V. which is a shareholder of Forthnet with a percentage of 7.53% of voting rights in Forthnet. Thus, the percentage 7.53% of Cyrte Investments GP I B.V in Forthnet (corresponding to 2,902,454 shares and voting rights) does not change, only the control of its parent company Cyrte Investments B.V. Specifically, the company Talpa Capital Holding B.V. sold on 27/9/2007 the 75% held until then in the company Cyrte Investment B.V. and thus it ceases to be an indirect holder of Forthnet shares. The Foundation notifies on its behalf as the parent undertaking of the intermediary controlled companies as well as on behalf of its almost 100% subsidiary and controlled company Talpa Beheer B.V. and on behalf of the controlled company Talpa Capital Holding B.V. (since the subsidiary of the Foundation Talpa Beheer B.V., holds 55% of the company Talpa Capital Holding B.V.) which sold its percentage in the parent company (Cyrte Investments B.V.) of the shareholder (Cyrte Investment GP I B.V.) of Forthnet. c) The company under the name Aviva Plc, person subject to the notification obligation in accordance with art. 10(e) of the Law 3556/2007, notified to Forthnet on 4th October 2007 the indirect change in the control of the company under the name "Cyrte Investments B.V." which wholly holds (100%) of the company "Cyrte Investment GP I B.V." which is a shareholder of Forthnet with a percentage of 7,53% of voting rights in Forthnet. Thus, the percentage 7,53% of "Cyrte Investments GP I B.V" (corresponding to 2,902,454 shares and voting rights) in Forthnet does not change, only the control of its parent company"Cyrte Investments B.V." Specifically, a company under the corporate name "Delta Lloyd N.V." purchased on 27th September 2007 85% of the shares with voting rights of the "Cyrte Investments B.V."and thus it became an indirect holder of Forthnet shares. The company "Aviva Plc", holds indirectly 92% of the shares of "Delta Lloyd N.V." through the companies "Aviva Group Holdings Limited", "Aviva International Insurance Limited", "Aviva Insurance Limited", "Aviva International Holdings Limited" και "CGU International Holdings B.V." Specifically, the company "Aviva Plc", holds 100% of the company "Aviva Group Holdings Limited" which holds 100% of the company "Aviva International Insurance Limited", which holds 100% of the company "Aviva Insurance Limited", which holds 100% of the company "Aviva International Holdings Limited" which holds 100% of the company "CGU International Holdings B.V.", which holds 92% of the company "Delta Lloyd N.V." "Aviva Plc" the ultimate parent company, is not directly or indirectly controlled by other individual or legal person. "Aviva Plc" notified to Forthnet the above on its behalf as the ultimate parent of the company "Delta Lloyd N.V.", as well as on behalf of all controlled entities, namely, Aviva Group Holdings Limited, Aviva International Insurance Limited ,Aviva Insurance Limited, Aviva International Holdings Limited και CGU International Holdings B.V. as well as on behalf of its 92% controlled company Delta Lloyd N.V. which now holds 85% of Cyrte Investments B.V. Further, the company Aviva Plc notified its direct percentage 0.16% in the share capital of Forthnet corresponding to 62,235 shares with voting rights. So, Aviva Plc participates in Forthnet's share capital with a total participation of 7.69%, corresponding to 2,964,689 shares and voting rights.
